I'm outside now and I'm
reading to my stones and I'm talking to my stones. Two very important exercises. Now here are my
stones of all three of them with me and I'm reading to my stones about bee watching which
is a meditation. Bee watching in the medical medium new edition. Why would I choose bee watching?
Because I was thinking about this. Stones have been around bees for thousands of years and bees
have been around stones for thousands of years. All the bees that have buzzed and flown around
stones throughout the centuries. So I feel like it's very fitting. It's a perfect match. I'm also
here in collecting stone section. So what am I doing with my stones right now? I am talking to
my stones as well. I'm asking my stones how they're doing. How was their day? But I'm also telling
my stones how I feel and any kind of emotions, any kind of revelations, anything that's kind of
percolating, coming to the surface that was deep inside. So I'm telling my stones about how I feel
about betrayal and broken trust and discrimination. And I'm talking to my stones, letting them know
emotions that are inside of me, sensations I'm having, epiphanies that I'm having.
And by doing that, your stones are more capable of absorbing those experiences you want out of
your cells. Because something very important to remember is we have all these trace minerals
that make up our body. We have macrominerals, trace minerals. It's a big part of how we exist.
stones are filled with all these different minerals.
And so the stones are absorbing information
that was buried in our cell,
buried amongst trace minerals and minerals.
So we're kind of doing a transfer.
That's what's occurring here.
So that's why I like to talk to my stones
to help that transfer of information,
of wounds, of soul wounds, of emotional injuries.
I like that transfer to come out of me and into the stones.
And this is a great way of doing it.
So reading to your stones is something you can do.
Talking to your stones is something you should do too.
You should try it every day.
Another good exercise, if you have anything growing at all,
I have a tomato plant,
what a couple of tomatoes that are ripening right now.
And I bring the stones to the garden
And I'll set them down on the garden bed.
Or I'll bring them near the fruit that's been growing just for me.
So I make that connection.
And fruit is no stranger to minerals that are inside stones.
So there is a connection right there all on its own.
And this fruit's being grown specifically for me.
and so there's a connection already there.
So any emotional experiences that you have,
another great gateway or access is just if you're around your garden.
If you don't have a garden, maybe you just purchased a spice plant
in a little container at the grocery store or some flowers
or maybe you have an herb growing somewhere on the windowsill
or some sprouts, but this is a great exercise.
I also have some dandelion greens growing in the garden.
So I'm going to actually place my stones in here.
And you can put them right down in there too, right into the dandelion green.
And make that connection too.
Dandelions are a powerful herb, incredible medicine all on their own.
and so I like to bring my stones and bring them by the dandelions. Dandelions are not strangers
to rooting around rocky soils. They know rocks like no other plant.
They're one of those plants that knows rocks really well. So bringing them around your dandelion
plant or a wild dandelion green that you have out in your yard in a park on a patchy
sprig of lawn, wherever it is. If you see dandelions this year,
bring your stones by them and maybe place them around them.
These are cayenne peppers in my garden. And maybe you have grown peppers before. These are my
favorite. I'm going to bring my stones into the vicinity of my cayenne peppers.
And I'm going to pick a cayenne pepper per stone. So broken trust for me, I will
It's one pepper here. And then betrayal. I will grab this one.
Let me find another in here.
I'm discriminated. So I have three peppers, one per each stone. I'm going to eat these peppers
tonight with my meal with my stones by my side on my table. It's important to eat with your stones
are prepare your food with your stones. I have my stones here in my hand. This is my cutting board.
I'm going to place them on my cutting board while I'm preparing my snack. If you're somebody that's
eating out at a restaurant, you go somewhere to eat or a friend's house or a family member's house,
bring your stones with you. You can put it on the dining room table or if you're dining out,
you can put it on the table in the restaurant while you're eating. So I'm going to place my
stones right here, I'm gonna make my snack. This is a mango, so the weather has
been kind of hot lately. I am going to have some juicy mangoes, juicy tomato, and
I'm looking at my stones at the same time, kind of checking on them as I'm
preparing a little bit of a snack here.
This is a mango and tomato salad, and I'm going to put a little bit of cayenne pepper on top as well.
I'm thinking about my stones hearing.
Are they hearing me prepare the meal?
Are they listening?
I'm going to get a spoon.
scoop out the mango into a bowl.
This isn't just about being mindful.
It takes it to a whole other level.
It's not just about being a mindful eater
or doing a food, you know, eating carefully,
doing a food meditation.
This takes it to a different level entirely.
The focus is on your stones.
They're with you.
Are they watching you?
That's something to think about too.
I'm going to cut another mango.
The mango hit one of my stones.
I'm making note of that.
everything has meaning
when you're doing these exercises.
Half of that mango
did not hit the stone
for no reason.
These mango smell delicious by the way.
Are the stones smelling the mango?
That's a question.
these stones are watching me eat noticing am i eating under any stress
a lot of people eat under stress tension
they have a lot going on in their life they're going through difficult times
food is a survival
part of our life
it's all about survival
if we don't eat
what happens?
but we end up having to eat
when we're stressed
or going through so many different
trials and tribulations
in our life
this tomato looks beautiful
it's a garden tomato
But this time, you have an audience when you're eating.
Same as if you're in a restaurant and your stones are with you.
Or if you're with company, you have an audience.
The audience is your stones.
There we go.
I'm going to put a little bit of the cayenne pepper that the stones recognize.
I don't know if you remember, but this is one of the cayenne peppers that came out of the garden
that the stones were around.
so when the cayenne pepper was hanging off of the plant
the stones were just right about there
yes stones i'm gonna put this cayenne pepper in here
it's like having a guest with you
with your meal now this pepper happens to be very hot
I won't let the stones know this
I'm gonna put that hot cayenne pepper right in here
wonderful
let's mix it up
breaking up some of that mango.
Are you hungry?
Did I hear that you're hungry?
Try to listen to your stones.
See if you hear anything.
Put them to your ear.
Ask your stones questions.
interact with your stones powerful part of this exercise every day if we're made
out of minerals and stones are made out of minerals and everything on this
planet is made out of minerals and the ether is made out of minerals and the
solar systems made out of minerals and the galaxy is made out of minerals and
everything's made out of minerals, then everything is interconnected. Everything
understands itself and each other and these stones are made out of minerals.
Okay, so I just made a little snack. So then you want to eat with your stones too.
So, I'm going to have a little bite of this.
A little mango on there, tomato, some cayenne.
Offer your stones some of your snack.
Would you guys like to have some food?
Are you guys hungry?
Do you have an appetite?
I do.
I'm going to take a bite.
It's amazing.
Refreshing and delicious.
You can enjoy your stones in the way you would like when you're eating with them.
Communicate with them in any way you feel comfortable.
And have them at least there on your table when you're eating every day.
Thank you.
